Copyright & Removal (DMCA)

javportals.com respects intellectual property and the privacy of the people who appear in videos. This page explains how to ask us to remove material.
1. Copyright infringement notices
If you believe a video or image on the site infringes a copyright you own, or are authorized to act for, send us a notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the address (URL) of each page with the material you want removed;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
These are the elements required by the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512); we handle notices under other countries' laws the same way.
2. How to send a notice
Use the contact form with the topic "Copyright / takedown" and put the page address in the link field. You can also email [email protected]. We review every complete notice and remove or disable access to the material as quickly as possible when the notice is valid.
3. Counter-notices
If material you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, a description of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number. We may restore the material unless the person who complained tells us they have started a court action.
4. Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we close the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing material.
5. False claims
Knowingly claiming that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, when it is not may make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
6. Other removal requests
If you appear in a video and did not agree to it being published, if you believe someone shown was under 18, or if a video shows illegal content, report it through the contact form with the topic "Report a video", or with the Report button under the video. We treat these reports as urgent and take the material down while we review it. Material involving minors is removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.
